In October 2003 Global Equity Partners bought all of the assets of the insolvent Adcon Telemetry AG, which was listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, from the bankrupt company’s estate. The company was placed in a hive-off vehicle, Adcon Telemetry GmbH. Well-established and technically mature products in the area of wireless data transmission were reasons for the investment.

The company developed positively. Today Adcon is one of the leading suppliers of wireless telemetry solutions. Adcon develops and produces extreme energy-saving wireless solutions for agriculture, water management, hydrographics and meteorology and numerous other applications. The visualization software addVANTAGE Professional rounds off Adcon’s product range.

With its comprehensive range of services Adcon has in the last few years been able to successfully position itself internationally as a full-service provider.
