INVESTMENT STRATEGY AND CRITERIA

In order for WertInvest to consider investing, a property´s location and condition has to be excellent. Regionally the focus is on Vienna. At the same time special attention is paid to the architecture and the substance of the building (e.g. buildings of historical value) - often the properties are even protected due to their special features by the Austria´s Federal Office of Historical Monuments.

The investment philosophy behind these selection criteria is a responsible conservative investment strategy which is based on the reliable stability of a property´s value and the strong likelihood that its value will increase.
