Ahead Unternehmensberatung Gesellschaft m.b.H. (Ahead) is a 100% subsidiary of Global Equity Partners and provides consultancy and accounting services. The company has been operating since 1998 and in 2010 has six employees. Ahead manages Global Equity Partners or its investment funds in the following areas:

• Bookkeeping, annual financial reports, controlling and quarterly reports
• Convening and organizing general meetings
• Managing and updating the company´s documents with regards to the articles, the shareholder register, shareholder resolutions, minutes of the Mangement Board, Supervisory Board and Investment Committee meetings, registrations
• Investor relations, communications and marketing
• Start-ups, company restructuring in Austria and Luxembourg ("assembling experts")
