Asia Private Equity Beteiligungs AG (APE) has been established in 2002 and holds foreign companies and fund of fund investments in the Asian technology funds Carlyle and HSBC. Portfolio companies are carefully chosen in cooperation with local Asian partners.

Asia Private Equity Beteiligungs AG is fully invested and will from now on work on the value and sale of the portfolio companies. The further developement is very much depending on the effects and the duration of the financial crisis.
