10 YEARS GLOBAL EQUITY PARTNERS: ORGANIZATION OF THE THREE AREAS OF ACTIVITY

Global Equity Partners Beteiligungs-Management AG (Global Equity Partners) was founded in 1998 by Michael Tojner. This was initiated by Austria Wirtschaftsservice GmbH´s promotion of private equity investment in Asia.

In 2001 a new key area of activity for Industry & midsize companies finance was created next to the already existing area of acitvity for Growth Capital & High Tech.

In 2002 Global Equity Partners completed a 100% takeover of WertInvest Beteiligungs- und Immobilienberatungs AG, which specialized in the areas of Real estate and Special Project Investments and offered alternative financing solutions.

The first long-term investment in an industrial company was made with Montana Tech Components AG in 2006.

FOCUS ON CENTRAL EUROPE

Our activities are focused on two geographical target areas:

the German-language regions in Central Europe with Austria, Germany and Switzerland
as well as Eastern Europe with local partners.

With experts on Eastern Europe in the Austrian team, its own branch offices in Germany, Switzerland and Slovakia (Komarno) as well as local partners, Global Equity Partners has a comprehensive local network.
